The Central Montana Childcare Alliance is offering a variety of free professional development trainings from March–June 2026 for early childhood providers across Montana.

These virtual trainings are designed to support providers in strengthening their practice, building high-quality learning environments, and supporting children’s development.

Topics include:

• Active supervision and child safety
• Social-emotional development and belonging
• Temperament and behavior support
• Play-based learning and engagement
• Schema theory and child development
• Strategic planning and program leadership

All trainings are held online via Zoom and offer 2 ECP training hours per session .

These opportunities are free to attend and supported through SPARK Montana to help strengthen early childhood programs and professionals across the state.
